SALINGARI TRIO
JEWISH MUSEUM HOHENEMS -EMSIANA 2022, Villa Heimann-Rosenthal Schweizer Str. 5, Hohenems
This trio composes unique sound spheres that combine traditional and contemporary timbres. Their own compositions, each telling its own story, are an invitation to the unknown and the uncertain. Familiar and foreign mingle, sometimes tenderly and sometimes dynamically. The saxophone creates sound atmospheres that open up space for the narratives of the lyre and the lute. Each time the voice offers an unexpected accent that gets under the skin and communicates sound essence. The timbres are complemented by the wide and dynamic spectrum of sounds from percussionist Martin Grabher.
